I donot know of any complaints from the moment I walked in to when I left it was a pleasant experience especially coming from another state that you think qould have awesome health care environments but this is very fancy and I am a germophobic tyoe individual I cannot control it I carry a blanket everywhere I go. But I actually didn't have to use it when I entered there very nice visit I had in Pediatrics with my daughter. Thank you Dot house health.

Medical staffs are nice but the receptions at each department are very rude and unprofessional. Once a blue moon, you will get a nice one but the rest is slow and very very unprofessional. If you call to make your appointment, you will be on hold forever and when you thought someone is picking up, you got hung up on. You will need to go there in person and jump through hoops to make an appointment.

I have been goint to Dorchester House with my daughter for 15 years. Great service from everyone!!!!! Love the fact that Urgent Care is open 7 days a week. I had to take my daughter two weeks ago on Sunday morning and they were able to see her right away. My daughter LOVES Dorchester House and so do I.
